2021 was a vintage to remember. The rainier growing season made for some challenges, which we mitigated with longer aging and using our 500L puncheon. The 2021 Viognier Reserve has 40% of new French oak aging over a period of seven months.
This wine has lots of tropical notes such as candied pineapple and kiwi, as well as golden delicious apple,
pear, and hints of brioche. This medium bodied wine has a smooth mouthfeel and finish.
