Because we opted not to fine or filter this Rose, you may find it will be hazy in the glass or have some deposits. Well defined aromas of tangerine, flint, strawberries , and flowers on the nose. The minerality on this wine is particularly notable and complements a crisp acidity and flavors of grapefruit and strawberry.

Winemaker Notes
2017 marks the first vintage of our new wine program, the “Signature Series.” We are proud to kick off this series with this single varietal, single vineyard, Garnacha Rose.
This Rose was removed from skin contact after about 10 hours using the saignée method and fermented in stainless steel. Originally allotted as a component of our 2017 Dry Rose, the Winemaking team fell in love with this wine and decided it would be best enjoyed exactly as it was. No blending. No filtering. No fining.
Food Pairing Notes
Crisp or grilled vegetables, spring salads, oysters, and would be an excellent pairing with just about any white fish.
