Winemaker Notes
The B-Side is so named for a number of reasons. For one, it's a bonus track. It wasn't a normal part of our line up, but this blend came together during some late blending trials that were mostly for fun. On top of that, these are kind of the "forgotten" Bordeaux varietals. they don't get used all that often for a number of reasons in Bordeaux, but they do work beautifully together! we hope you'll enjoy our bonus find as much as we have.
Food Pairing Notes
An excellent wine for charcuterie, a variety of cheese, and red meats.
