Dulce is a port style wine made from Texas High Plains Viognier, fortified with aged brandy, and cellared in French Oak barrels.  The result is a rich dessert wine with aromatic notes of honeysuckle, licorice, and roasted hazelnuts.  The 3.5% residual sugar gives this wine a smooth caramel and honey flavor to the finish.
