The 2018 Texas High PlainsVermentino has aromas of brioche, lemon, melon, white flowers, orange blossoms, and a hint of minerality. On the palate you’ll find this wine has qualities of green apple, lemon pith, and pineapple with a soft mouthfeel yet lovely acidity.  The 2018 Texas Albarino is a complex white wine. You’ll find notes of Golden Delicious apples, lemon grass, lemon, poppy seed and a hint of melon. On the palate you find notes of lemon, almond and melon, beautifully complimented with a crisp acidity and slight creaminess.  Enjoy the long finish on this wine!  The 2018 Texas Viognier has subtle notes of caramel and vanilla, layered with green apple, pineapple, and floral notes. On the palate, this wine similarly tastes of apples, crisp pears, with a balanced minerality and salinity.
