2023 Over the Moon Rose
2023 Over the Moon Rose

The 2023 Over the Moon Rosé is a blend of Mourvèdre, Grenache, Sangiovese, and Montepulciano from the Texas High Plains. This Rosé was produced primarily through the Saignée method whereby the juice having had brief skin contact is drained away from each of the harvested grape lots to be blended into a Rosé base and fermented together to produce this Rosé wine.
