Our 2022 Over the Moon rose features some beautiful Grenache from Desert Willow Vineyards, which is transitioning to organic grape growing. This young, 2nd year fruit was handpicked and whole cluster pressed to create a lovely light bodied and fruity wine. All three components of this wine were fermented separately in stainless steel, and received lees stirring treatment for about 6 weeks before being blended.
