2021 Vintner's Reserve
Our “Vintner’s Reserve” is a wine that carries on the tradition of our estate Kuhlken Vineyard tradition while we continue the development of the vineyard replanted in 2020 -2022. This Vintner's Reserve is a nontraditional red blend from Texas partner vineyards, in the spirit of the Kuhlken Vineyards Reserve. Also like the Kuhlken Vineyards Reserve, it incorporates select lots blended with the goal of highlighting small vineyard blocks yielding an ageable wine for our customers. We think we have achieved these goals with this blend.

The Vintner's Reserve is an aromatic wine with ample notes of black cherry, leather, and a hint of vanilla. On the palate it is a light to medium-bodied wine with red cherry and a hint of smoke. Overall, it is a smooth and approachable wine with room to develop.
