We love Vermentino. It’s a white that holds it’s acid fairly well in the heat, and it ages in a fun and interesting way. This is our first vintage getting it from Canted Country Vineyards in Lamesa and were really pleased with the fruit. 2021 was a challenging year for whites given all the rain, but the Vermentino turned out beautifully. This wine fermented entirely in stainless steel tanks and aged on its lees almost until bottling in January.
