2018 Block Zero
2018 Block Zero

We have not made a Block Zero blend in some years and it is a popular and nostalgic blend for us. The name "Block Zero" refers to the first block of grapes planted at Kuhlken Vineyards. The blend is almost entirely comprised of varieties from this block, with the exception of the Tannat and Malbec. Block Zero was planted 25 years ago, and with the decline in production, we needed to add grapes from other vineyards for the blend. We hope you enjoy the final Block Zero we were able to make from Kuhlken Vineyards and toast to over 25 years and more to come as we move forward with replanting!
