2017 Pedernales KYLA
2017 Pedernales KYLA

The idea behind our first Kyla ("Shoo-la") is to create an approachable, easy drinking, "anytime" wine that is still interesting and fun to drink.  Sure, it might be Wednesday, but it doesn't mean you wine can't taste like the weekend.  This blend makes use of the beautiful aromatics of Viognier and Moscato Giallo, while getting some body and green notes from Albarino.  Fermentation occurred in stainless steel to preserve the fruity and floral notes of these varieties and to keep the wine tasting crisp and clean.
