The Over the Moon Rosé is a new wine in our line up. We wanted to offer a special rosé to our guests and this wine will stay in our tasting rooms only. It is also special in that we’ve named this wine to honor the love story of the Family’s Matriarch and Patriarch, Larry and Jeanine Kuhlken. The two, now married for 50 years, met while working for NASA on the Apollo 11 mission– the first of many extraordinary journeys and stories for the couple and family. 
 
Mineral driven by Cinsault, this wine gains body from Mourvèdre and Carignon which gives beautiful red fruit notes. We used both saignee and direct to press methods to create this blend. Our winemaking team saigneed juice directly from bins  of fruit in the middle of the night literally as they came in off the vines (we even set up shop in the vineyard with the help of the staff at Farmhouse)!
