2017 Newsom Vineyards North Block
2017 Newsom Vineyards North Block

The Newsom’s are one of our favorite growers and have been producing high quality fruit in the Texas High Plains for over 30 years. Situated at almost 4,000 feet above sea level, hot days are followed by cool nights, even in the height of summer which leads to long ripening seasons. Newsom Vineyards are arguably the best in the state to be growing Bordeaux varietals. As such, we’ve chosen the Newsom North Block to be our only Bordeaux driven wine.

Braised lamb, stews, French onion soup, and creamy cheeses.
