Sushi Demo with Chef Goro - 3:00PM

Learn the fundamentals of sushi in this interactive cooking demo led by Chef William "Goro" Pitchford, chef and owner of Godai Sushi. During this hands-on session, guests will learn the different styles of sushi, how to inspect fish, and how to roll sushi all while enjoying Pedernales wine. Menu includes two rolls and one hand roll. $60 per person ($48 for wine club members). Reservations required.Must be 21 years of age to attend this event.
