Cultivate: Texas Winemakers Dinner

Join us in Austin for an intimate wine dinner with some of Texas’s most respected winemakers as we open the cellar and explore how time affects a great bottle! Each course of this multi-course seated dinner is paired with a comparative tasting featuring two wines from the same producer, a current release and a library vintage.
Before each course is served, the winemaker behind the pairing will speak to both bottles — what they were chasing, what the years have done, and why these two wines belong on the same table. The chef has designed every dish around the featured wines, making this a truly collaborative culinary experience!
We’ve partnered with Dancing Cricket Private Dining for this special menu. Chef Kristian Allen has been a leader in the kitchen at top restaurants in Austin, such as Vox Table, Uchi, & Justine’s. After working at esteemed Michelin-starred restaurants such as Spruce and Del Popolo in San Francisco, he and his wife, Misa, returned to Austin in 2021 and launched Dancing Cricket to bring his passion for local produce and farm-to-table cooking back to his Austin roots.
