Hill & Vine

Hill & Vine is nestled in the heart of Fredericksburg, just a few steps off of Main Street. The menu is built on the foundation of love for quality and classic Texas Food. A go-to spot for a casual lunch, Hill & Vine can also hit the high notes with steak and seafood at dinner. Excellent wine list.

The Restaurant at Albert

The epitome of elegant dining in Fredericksburg, the Restaurant at Albert is helmed by Executive Chef Michael Fojtasek, a MICHELIN star recipient and three-times James Beard finalist.  Focused, refined menu featuring seasonal, local ingredients. 

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner seven days a week. 

Cabernet Grill

Thanks to the vision, innovation, and commitment of Executive Chef Ross Burtwell and his team, the Cabernet Grill has become a Hill Country legend. Gulf seafood, dry aged steaks, and the largest Texas wine list in the state.

Otto’s is a staple of the Fredericksburg dining scene and specializes in farm-to-table German cuisine. Otto’s features local farms, ranchers, and artisans through a seasonally focused menu served in a convivial atmosphere.

El Quincho

Specializing in Argentinian wood fire grilling and a clay oven cooking, El Quincho is a showcase for classic Argentinian open fire cooking. An immersive dining experience with the chef at the center of it all, this is a truly unique dining experience. A special Monday dinner series explores cuisines of the world through the lens of Chef Maximiliano Pettit.

Junebug's Barbecue

This is Texas, of course we are going to highlight some of our favorite BBQ spots. A new addition to Fredericksburg, Junebug’s is connected to the Albert Hotel. Think live music, cold beer, and delicious smoked meats.  What a great way to kick back after a day of wine tasting.

Alla Campagna

A lively spot right on Main Street in Fredericksburg, Alla Campagna features cuisine inspired by the Italian countryside. A full menu of primi, pasta, and pizza brings casual sophistication to an evening out.

Simultaneously a bistro, gourmet market, supper club, and an art gallery, Vaudeville is an eclectic gem in Fredericksburg. Effortlessly elegant, the space feels like throwback to a different time. The bistro menu features Mediterranean flair and caviar service, if you are so inclined.
