Tempranillo is our premier varietal and the heart of our winemaking program. This vintage is a rich red with an earthy mineral nose and hints of cherry and raspberry. The color is brick red to purple with a medium body and a moderate spiciness to the finish.
Made with fruit from the Texas High Plains and Hill Country, the wine was aged in French and American oak barrels.

An excellent example of what Merlot can do in Texas. This Merlot has a subtle array of cherry, black currant, dark chocolate, and licorice aromas with a silky finish.
Featuring Merlot primarily from the Texas Hill Country, the wine was aged for one year using a mix of French and American oak barrels.

The 2009 GSM is our first Rhone blend, but a promising example of what these varieties can do in Texas soils. The nose combines some of the lighter Strawberry qualities of the Grenache with the notes of pepper, dark chocolate, and roasted almonds from the Mourvedre and Syrah. In all, this is a very complete and balanced red and excellent pairing to a juicy steak.
Made with fruit from the Texas High Plains and Hill Country, the wine was aged for fifteen months using French and American oak barrels.

The wine is well balanced with a fruit forward character and good acidity on the finish. It features a rich ruby red color and excellent body with hints of raspberry, licorice, and coffee capped by a silky finish and a subtle spice. Decanting recommended.
This proprietary blend features all Texas fruit, and represents the cream-of-the-crop of 2008. The wine was aged for 18 months using all-new French and American oak barrels, and lightly filtered.

This is a limited release wine from the Kuhlken Vineyard estate where it all started. This wine features our most exclusive lots from the vineyard and has been small batch fermented in open bins followed by 18 months of aging in primarily new French oak.

This is our Port, and we think you will love it. It is fortified with brandy & aged in French oak. This is an excellent after dinner compliment and presents hints of black cherry & chocolate .
The grapes for this port are a blend of Merlot from the Hill Country, Tempranillo, and Cabernet Sauvignon from the High Plains.

Co-founder Fredrik Osterberg grew up in Gothenburg Sweden and Glögg is part of his cultural heritage. This seasonal holiday drink is a sweet fortified red wine infused with all natural spices including cardamon, cloves, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
The Glögg is only available during the holidays, and we recommend it be served warm with cinnamon sticks alongside ginger snaps. This wine is a must for your family holiday celebration and little taste of the holidays in Sweden.
White and Rosé Wines
| 2010 Texas Vino Blanco - SOLD OUT | $15.99 |
The 2010 Texas Vino Blanco is a blend of Viognier, Chenin Blanc, and Sauvignon Blanc. The grapes were primarily grown in the cool nights of the Texas High Plains and the blend delivers excellent tropical fruit and floral notes with an easy light finish. This wine pairs beautifully with seafoods, salads, and southwest cuisine.

A splendid example of the Viognier varietal characteristics, this wine conveys aromas of grapefruit, orange, peach, and honey with a crisp and clean dry finish.
The vintage was harvested at the Reddy and Bingham vineyards of the High Plains. It is un-oaked and did not
undergo malolactic fermentation, giving the wine a clean, crisp character.

This varietal, also known as Grenache in France makes a beatiful dry rosé wine. The nose is a balance of apples and pears with a touch of honey and apricot. This wine really highlights the ability of Garnacha to produce a fruit forward and well balanced rosé.
The 2008 Garnacha was made with grapes from Reddy Vineyards on the Texas High Plains along with fruit from the Kuhlken Estate Vineyard and was fermented in stainless steel with limited skin contact.

This Muscat Canelli is a 100% Texas High Plains dessert wine with a nose of apricot, melon, orange, apples, and pears. The finish is soft and sweet.
The 2010 Muscat was harvested from the Young Vineyards of the High Plains, and fermented in stainless steel here at Pedernales Cellars in the Hill Country.
