- What:Cathy Locke will be here from 11 am until 6 pm with delicious handmade truffles. Cathy picks one truffle to feature every month here at Pedernales Cellars. Come on by to see which one she will showcase.
November 12th - Live Music Saturday
- When/Where: 1pm to 5pm at the Tasting Room
- What:Pedernales Cellars presents live music by the Nash Band from 2-6 pm. Plan on joining us for some of our award winning wines, spectacular view and some great music. We will also be having Debbie Northrup, from Beat the Wheat, out to sell some of her great Bison food. You don't want to miss this!
November 19th - Glogg Sneak Preview, Chocolate, Music, and More
- When/Where: 11am to 6pm at the Tasting Room
- What:Come try our sneak preview release of the Glogg. It wouldn't be Swedish Christmas without Glogg, so come get your taste and try some treats as well. Live music by Rob Mahoney from 2-5 pm. We will also have Debbie Northrup, with Beat the Wheat back with her soon to be famous Bison sliders for sale. And if all of this wasn't enough, Cathy Locke will be here from 11 am until 6 pm with delicious handmade truffles.
December 3rd - Glogg Fest!!
- When/Where: 11am to 6pm at the Tasting Room
- What:Christmas is around the corner and that means Pedernales Cellars will bring on the Glogg! Fredrik Osterberg, co-owner of Pedernales Cellars originally hails from Sweden, and to pay tribute to this, David Kuhlken, winemaker and co-owner, has bottled this traditional Swedish Christmas wine. Please make plans to join us for our Glogg Fest here at Pedernales Cellars on Saturday, November 19, 2011 from 11 am until 5 pm. We will have traditional Swedish treats including Ginger Snaps and Lusseboller. So come get in the Christmas spirit Swedish style!! Also, to get the party in gear we will have live music by Rick and The Impacts from 1 pm until 5 pm on the patio.

- What:Pedernales Cellars very own Bob Nascimento, aka The Dude with the Food, will be here doing his food demonstration and pairing it with several of our wines. January 21st - Port and Pairings
- When/Where: 11am to 6pm at the Tasting Room
- What:We will be paring our Texas Ruby port with handmade chocolate truffles by Sweet Treat's owner, Cathy Locke. Samples will be handed out for the Wine Road 290 event beginning at 11 am until 6 pm or while supplies last.

February 11th - Valentine's Jazz on the Lawn
- When/Where: 1pm to 5pm at the Tasting Room
- What:Join us with your special someone for our first ever Jazz on the Lawn on Saturday February 11, 2012 from 1pm until 5 pm. We will have Phil Grota & Friends outside with smooth jazz music. Bring a picnic lunch, buy a bottle of wine and listen to some great music.
February 17th - Bob's Cooking Demonstration

February 25th - Ragin' Cajun
- When/Where: All Day at the Tasting Room
- What:This is a popular Wine Road 290 event featuring Cajun food. We will have food samples provided by Chef John Yachimski of Pecan Street Brewery in Johnson City. Food samples will be served from 11 am until 5 pm or while supplies last. We will also have live music outside on our tree covered patio by Cajun friend of Pedernales Cellars, Rob Mahoney from 2 pm until 5 pm.
March 8th - Chocolate with Cathy

March 17th - Live Music Saturday

- What:Pedernales proudly presents live music by Rick and The Impacts from 1 pm until 5 pm. Come out and join us on our tree covered patio to listen to Rick and his crew and enjoy a glass of one of our award winning wines and take in our magnificent view.
March 24th - Vino and Pasta
- When/Where: All Day at the Tasting Room
- What:Janet Degenhardt, co owner of West End Pizza in Fredericksburg will be back with her pizza oven serving up her delicious pizzas for our Wine Road 290 event. She will begin serving at 11 am and end at 5 pm or until supplies last. Also, it would be a fun time without Trace of Gold playing live music outside on our tree covered patio from 1pm until 5 pm.
